Refund policy
Because all of our products are custom-made to order, all sales are final once production has begun.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, design preferences, or ordering errors once artwork approval has been confirmed and production has started.
Production Errors & Manufacturer Defects
Refunds or replacements are only issued in cases of:
- Verified manufacturing defects
- Printing errors caused by our production team
- Incorrect product produced compared to approved artwork
If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within 5 business days of delivery. Please include clear photos of the product and packaging so our team can review the concern.
Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement, correction, or refund is appropriate.
Order Approval Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs, specifications, sizes, quantities, and materials before production begins. Once approval is given, the order moves directly into fabrication and cannot be modified or canceled.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Retain all original packaging
- Provide photo documentation for carrier claims
We will assist in filing a shipping claim where applicable.
